​Growing up, Jim spent many summers earning money working for well-known landscaping companies throughout his home town of Lawrence, KS. It was during this time that he recognized his passion for landscaping and the joy of exceeding client expectations. After high school, Jim attended the University of Kansas and spent the summers throughout college in landscaping. He would go on to graduate in 2005 and move to Raleigh, NC. It was here that he met a girl from Rocky Mount, NC that he would later go on to marry.  Natalie and Jim now have three energetic boys; Charlie, Griffey and Cameron (can't forget our dog Henry).  Coastal Cuts Landscaping started out of Jim’s satisfaction of coming home to a well maintained neighborhood and seeing his freshly mowed lawn, planted flowers and pruned bushes. He thought it would be great to be able to extend this feeling to others – thus Coastal Cuts Landscaping was born!

Justin serves as our General Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry and he has worked in numerous management roles with some of the area's largest landscaping organizations. Justin is also a licensed ground pesticide applicator. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles, grilling, and traveling. He has a love for the outdoors and for nature. Justin is a North Carolina native and he enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

Dallas has over 6 years of landscaping experience.  He has worked his entire career in North Carolina and understands the specific landscaping needs of the area. He has specialized in all aspects of enhancement work including the use of large equipment, installations and irrigation. During his free time, Dallas enjoys spending time with family and fishing.

Cody provides our company with another long history of landscaping background. Cody has worked for a few of the largest landscape companies in the area. He has learned a tremendous amount through his 11 years of experience, therefore, he is a great addition to our management team providing training and safety guidance to all of our employees, including management staff. Outside of work Cody enjoys golfing and hanging out with family, especially his fiancé and daughter, Macy and Isabella. Lastly, Cody is fully dedicated in helping Coastal Cuts Landscaping and it's employees grow and expand safely, and with the most knowledge possible in the industry.

Adrian provides Coastal Cuts Landscaping with the experience and knowledge to ensure that our equipment is well-maintained so we are able to provide the highest level of care for our client's properties. He has over six years of mechanical experience working for various companies in and around Raleigh, NC.  He has experience working with both large and small engines. When Adrian is away from work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle with his friends, being outdoors, and spending time with his girlfriend. Adrian’s goal is to provide Coastal Cuts Landscaping with great quality and service.
